La domanda che i consumatori di oggi si pongono non è “Cosa potrei acquistare che ancora non posseggo” ma piuttosto “cosa potrei provare che ancora non ho sperimentato”.
Dagli eventi alla promozione turistica, dal marketing territoriale alla vendita di prodotti e servizi, passando per il mondo della cultura, dell’arte, del benessere, dell’intrattenimento. La competizione tra i brand, oggi, si gioca sul terreno delle emozioni.
- Quali sono le opportunità, gli obiettivi, le criticità del marketing esperienziale?
- Attraverso quali canali è possibile favorire il coinvolgimento personale nel processo d’acquisto?
